India is also known as the Land of Spices. The first spice introduced to Egypt from India was pepper. Spices were one of the most expensive products because of their value to medicinal purpose, preservation, and also used for making flavored wines. Therefore, the trading of spice between these countries transformed into primary trading. Pepper and Mustard were the top-selling spice in the world because Pepper is known as the king of spices and Mustard as the first spice.
Aryans were the first who educate people with the help
of "Ayurveda", "Ayur" means life and "Veda" means knowledge, at that time with the help of "Ayurveda", we came to know taste like Sweet, salty,
pungent, bitter, sour, and astringent. These all taste make our cuisines more
palatable and Balance our daily diet to keep our lifestyle safe and healthy.

The combination of spices makes Indian cuisine more unique and flavorful. Many
traders like Mughals, Portuguese, Mongolians &Chinese, Greek (eastern part
of the world) brought their spices with them like Mughals brought the usage of
aromatic spices such as Cardamom, Nutmeg &Mace with the help of spices and
cooking technique they also give birth to Kebab Clay, Oven preparations and

INGREDIENTS
· 3-inch
cinnamon stick
· 3
tbsp of black peppercorn
· 3-4
green cardamom seeds (remove the green pods
· 2
tbsp cumin seeds
· 2-3
mace pods
· 2
leaves of bay leaf
· 2
tbsp Salt
Method
· Heat
a pan over medium flame heat and toast cinnamon, black peppercorn, green
cardamom seeds, cumin seeds, mace pods &bay leaf, add salt in the pan (To
absorb the moisture to increase shelf life and prevent it from to lose out the
flavors)
· Toast
it for 10 min stirring often until fragrant and toasted and switch of the flame
and take it out on the plate and allow to cool for10 min.
· Grind
all mixture in a smooth texture and store it in a dry place with a dry
container.
